Amitabh Bachchan returns to action

The actor did not shoot for any movie but for the advertisement of a product that he endorses. The shoot was held at a five-star hotel in Powai.

"It's wonderful to be back in front of the camera, but quite honestly, I was rather enjoying the rest days. Nothing to do, no schedules and timings to rush to, no compulsions...just lying back and taking my own time over it. Ah! Well, can't have everything in life your way," Bachchan wrote on his blog.


Big B fell ill last month on October 11, which was also his 66th birthday. He was hospitalized for a few days and had later been recuperating at home.

His present movie assignments include Teen Patti , Johnny Mastana and Aladdin . The superstar is also likely to do films with directors like Chandraprakash Dwivedi and Sanjay Leela Bhansali . Big B is also in talks with Pritish Nandy Communications for a semi-autobiographical film and with Ram Gopal Varma for a thriller called ‘Rann’.

Well, despite his age and repeated illnesses, Big B shows no sign of slowing down.
