Salman Khan stumped by 'marriage question' again!

The entire cast of Subhash Ghai’s movie ‘Yuvvraaj’ is in the national capital to promote the film ahead of its release this Friday. At the press conference, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Subhash Ghai took the centre stage and tackled most of the questions while Anil Kapoor and Zayed Khan kept on the sidelines.

Salman was particularly witty in his replies to the media questions. But one question that stumped the actor was about his plans to marry. Salman tried to evade the question by giving a roundabout reply.


“Marriages are made in heaven and not something which is in our hands. So when it is God's desire that I get married, it will happen – even in odd hours of 3 or 4 in the morning. But whenever it happens everyone will come to know. And I will invite you too,” Salman said, pointing at the reporter who had asked the question.

Salman also evaded the question about his chemistry with girlfriend Katrina Kaif in the film.

“All of you should spend some money and go to the cinema halls to watch Yuvvraaj and you will come to know how our chemistry has shaped up,” Salman said, evoking laughter from the mediapersons.

Both Salman and Katrina had good things to say about co-star Anil Kapoor, who plays an autistic in the film.

“I would like to congratulate Anil bhai for the success of his film Slumdog Millionaire which is doing very well in the US. Now, Anil bhai is planning to leave us (Bollywood) and go to Hollywood,” Salman joked.

Katrina said: “When I first worked with Anil ji in Humko Deewana Kar Gaye he always kept pushing me to be more serious about my acting. Today, I want to thank him for doing that.”

Talking about the film, Ghai told reporters: “It (Yuvvraaj) is about inheritance of a father. The film questions the importance of money over family values. It is a grand musical and visual experience.”

On Wednesday evening, the entire cast of ‘Yuvvraaj’ will interact with fans and movie buffs at the PVR premiere of the film at Ambience Mall, in Gurgaon on the outskirts of Delhi.
