HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | MUSIC Music director Pritam in revising mood08th Oct 2008 15.30 IST By ApunKaChoice Pritam has stopped producer Ramesh Taurani from picturising his composed songs for Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani as he is in a revising mood. ‘Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani’, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi , has music by Pritam and is already on its way to completion. But Pritam wants to withdraw his two songs in order to give them fresh feel. 
Pritam has rocked the charts with his songs from Dhoom , Jab We Met , Race and very recently Singh Is Kinng . For movies like Metro and Jannat he was highly acclaimed. He has also received a lot of flak for his so called inspired tunes. Pritam has explored a whole gamut of world music for his tunes, right from Arabic to Korean music. Now, he doesn’t want to be doubted for his originality. That is why he has decided to revive the two songs of ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’, as he is not satisfied with the tunes. One track is to be picturised on Ranbir Kapoor , while the other is a romantic number on Katrina Kaif and Ranbir. Pritam is said to be working overnight to give the songs a different music. In a very short span Pritam has become a very successful music director. Even A R Rahman once admitted that he likes the work of Pritam.
